Moved In

We have finally moved in to our new house! It gives us so much more room and a basement. For the record, our new address is:

Keir and Jennifer Davis
3301 Turfwood Dr.
Greensboro, NC 27410

Here's a map

Our phone number has not changed. Finally, I wanted to share some pictures of some of those enjoying the new house.

First, here's Tess checking out the yard:

New House

Well, we bought a new house. Jennifer looked at six places last Thursday and narrowed it to two. I went last Friday and looked at the two and we chose one. Saturday came the negotiation. They accepted our offer around 10pm Saturday night.

It has a main level with a formal living room, dining room, kitchen, den, master bedroom, and two other bedrooms. It also has a basement. The finished part has a den, a "bedroom" which will be an office, and a laundry room. The unfinished part is about 800 sq. ft. of storage. It also has a deck off the dining room and a patio off the basement. The back yard is fenced (it even has two separate fenced places, one for each dog).

We close April 29th. We are hoping the move the same day or soon after. Cross your fingers that we sell the townhouse soon!

Our new address will be:

3301 Turfwood Dr.
Greensboro, NC 27410

Top-Down Days

I love top-down days. Today was in the upper 60's and sunny. A perfect top-down day. Let me explain. I drive a convertible Saab. Any day that I can drive with the top down is a good day. For me, a top-down day is one that is sunny and at least in the mid 60's. If it is cloudy then it really needs to be at least 70. Another great thing is to drive with the top down at night. Of course, this only works in the summer when it's still 75-80 degrees.
